Antifriction Cream +

I have been using the QM 4A+ for over 6 years and it is simply the best cream for chafing and preventing pressure sores/boils. It also stays on the longest, easily for up to century distance rides

I have used this cream before and it is great. I ordered it again and they sent me the Antifriction Cream (not the 4+) and there is no way to contact the manufacturer or distributer to correct the problem. Their webpage has broken links and no contact number unfortunately. VERY FRUSTRATING. I'd like to get the product I ordered so I just ordered it a second time, where there was a space for comments. Perhaps they will acknowledge my request and send me the product I ordered and paid for.
